Email delivery is something we take seriously. The contact form notifications, order confirmations and password resets your website sends need to reach real inboxes every time. For years, SendGrid handled that for our Web Care clients. Over the past several months, though, we’ve seen what we can only call platform decay: service quality slipping, more deliverability problems, and less confidence that messages would land where they should. Rather than wait for it to affect your business, we decided to make a change.

We’ve now moved all of our client sites to Postmark, a provider built only for transactional email and known for keeping its sending reputation clean. The move helps us keep the near-perfect delivery rates our clients are used to, now and going forward. You do not need to do anything the switch is already complete.
